CANCELLATION POLICY
Kimberly requests a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellation of appointments. Appointment cancellations within that 24-hour timeframe and no show appointments, will result in a charge of 50% of reserved appointment(s). Cancellation and no show fees will be charged to the credit card placed on file at the time of scheduling.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. Please keep in mind that tardiness can affect the remainder of the salon’s schedule and cause delays in servicing clients. There is a 15 minute grace period, any tardiness outside of this time frame may be rescheduled or processed as a no show appointment at the stylist discretion.
